Round Control
Number your seated stations 1, 2, 3 ... in the room. Tell the app which are paired and which are group. Group stations can each hold a different number of players: write it as station:players (e.g. 4:6 means station 4 holds 6 people). Every round fills them all at once. Anyone who does not get a seated station plays If The Vibe Is Right Bingo with the card from check-in, so no station numbers are needed for that.

After-Party Connections
Connections are always on, and stay open for 48 hours after you end the event. From their phones, guests can add one handle (Instagram or email) and tap Connect on anyone they want to stay in touch with. A handle is only revealed when both people tap Connect. Nothing is shared without their say-so.

Play, rotate, repeat
Rounds begin between 7:00–7:30 PM. When rounds start, rotations will be announced on the mic by the host. Partners rotate every 10–15 minutes. Have fun and meet new people!
